Dispute resolution decision relating to a dispute between the ICTA and WestStar T.V. about whether or not WestStar T.V. was entitled to deduct from its Licence “Quarterly Revenue” calculations payments to WestTel Ltd (Logic) for the provision of a point-to-point leased line. The Arbitrator in the dispute concluded that the payments made to Logic by WestStar TV were not so deductible.
